Roger's Ramblings

We have a dilemma in 2010. we have developed a relationship with several yacht clubs and have added them to our regatta schedule. We get no financial coverage from two of these regattas. Based on our end of year financial picture, our Treasurer tells us we can't continue to use this model, as CRAM need sustenance (read that dollars) from each regatta in order to sustain our budget. So, we need to either run our own regattas or work a revenue sharing arrangement with the yacht clubs.
