We are excited to return to North Cape Yacht Club in 2011! This is the third stop on the
CRAM regatta tour; we are expecting a good turn out from our Detroit and Ohio friends
due to the central location. This regatta will be running simultaneously with a Charity big boat regatta
on a separate course, so expect a lot of people and boats. The club house is beautiful and has a
full service bar, showers and restrooms for our use. The beach is clean, flat, well maintained, and
very easy access for the boats.

ACCOMODATIONS: We have secured the use of the grass apron on the left side of
the road after you enter the gate at the entrance to NCYC. (See photo) This property is owned by
the Toledo beach marina, they have graciously let the NCYC use the property for events in the past.
There should be plenty of room for at least 15 to 20 motor homes….the key will be backing them in
not parallel parking. There will also be room for tents.

Food (pizza, hot dogs, etc.) will be available for purchase at the club house for those interested. No races to start after 4:00 pm.

Non-members (Normal regatta fee)	$55
25 & Under - 50% Discount on Racing
Camping Fee	$40

The camping fee of $40 for the weekend includes use of the club house showers and restrooms.

HOSPITALITY: The yacht club will have a light breakfast available for a nominal fee both
mornings. We have been invited to participate in the party following the “Race for Hope” keelboat
regatta that day at the yacht club. Dinner is scheduled for 5:00 PM and will include a delicious 10oz
NY Strip Steak with baked potato, fresh corn, salad & dessert. The dinner will cost $12.00 per
person $6.00 for kids. We will groove to the tunes of "Rodney ‘Hot Rod’ Parker and Liberty Beach"
from 6:30 to 9:30 pm.

RULES: Have fun, Party at the clubhouse, No fires, Use generators sparingly at night,
No pets on the NCYC grounds. Oh, and of course there are the Sailing Rules.
